The staff was friendly, cute, and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with a set menu and freshly cooked options. The location was convenient, with bus and trolley bus stops just a short walk away. We were able to easily explore the city and even visit the main train station, only two stops away. The young female front desk receptionist provided us with excellent directions and advice.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Bratislava. The location was perfect, with a tram stop nearby and the city center just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and clean, and I loved the fact that breakfast was included in the price. I especially enjoyed the two-level room with a huge bed and a bed on the gallery. The breakfast spread was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from, and they even offered a dessert! this hotel provided great value for money and exceeded my expectations.
Everything was spot on, couldn't ask for more!
